Construction company handling a road in in the Southern Region of Malawi are facing a mysterious obstacle affecting their work.
The company constructing Muloza-Chiringa border road have surrendered to the spiritual tree between the road that re-germination itself soon after being cut.
Contractors told our journalist that they have tried several times to cut a big spiritual tree between the roads but every time they turn up for work the following day they finds a tree just the way it was being be cut.
Locals told our journalists that the tree has powerful spirits and it acts as a big center for witchcraft from all regions across Malawi.
Meanwhile, locals have promised to pay sacrifice to the tree with an aim pleasing spiritual masters to let the tree fall down.
