Zambia is to commence arrest of WhatsApp group administrators who are not registered as part of requirements to control usage of the platform
This was announced on Facebook by Mofya Chisala, Director Support Services Zambia Information and Communication Technology Agency(ZICTA).
He observed that Zambia will now require every whatsApp group administrator to be registered and put up rules.
