Anambra Varsity Lecturer Grades Students By Attempting To Cook Meal With Their Quiz Responses (Watch Video)

A lecturer in the Department of Mass Communication, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU), Anambra State, has adopted a strange method of grading his students in Feature Writing course. He scores the students by attempting to cook based on the content of the article they wrote in class on how to cook a particular delicacy.

The unnamed lecturer gave a How-to-do-it quiz, asking the students to write an article on how to cook breadfruit dish (Ukwa).
The lecturer is seen attempting to cook the dish using the recipe provided by the students.

A student scores good grade if the meal is cooked successfully according to the student’s write-up.
What if the students provided the wrong recipe? Who pays for the wasted ingredients and time?
