What looked like a wardrobe crisis probably caused her to trip and fall off the stage but she claimed it was a prank which is raising serious doubts because of the nature of the fall.
Popular Nigerian Comedienne, Kiekie, fell off stage at an award show organized over the weekend.
A viral video show her receiving an award after which she tries to step aside and falls off the stage.
It is unclear if she sustained injuries after the incident but the video has gone viral online.
The media personality was hosting the 2022 Trendupp Awards when she staggered and fell off the stage.
“In her reaction which she posted on social media, the comedienne claimed the fall was a prank.
She wrote:
“Guy! Thank you for checking up on me. I feel loved. However, ignore the media. It was a PRANK! Those at the event knows (sic) that. So don’t worry. I’m fine. Than you.”
But many social media users blamed her for claiming it was a prank,. They said there was nothing wrong in falling on stage and standing.
One user wrote:
“I dont think it was a prank but to each, their own. I dont know whats wrong in slipping and falling. Shey everybody sef na human being. Its well.”
Another user wrote:
“Not smart enough that’s why you put on such a dress for such a busy assignment which led to your fall and still display the not smart enough with your prank excuse cos even WWF guys wont prank such a fall easy #awordenough”
